FAQs

General Trust & Credibility

Who is actually doing this work?

Gene Malfetano — 40 years in technology, over $1 billion in technology sales across his career, and co-creator of the first PCI-DSS testing standard. This isn't outsourced to a junior team. You're working directly with the person who built the methodology.

How is this different from a generic marketing agency or chatbot vendor?

Most agencies sell activity — more ads, more posts, a chatbot widget. RBS starts by finding where you're already losing money on traffic and customers you already have, then fixes that before spending a dollar on anything new. The chatbot (IQBot) is the automation layer that locks the fix in place — not the starting point.

What if the audit doesn't find anything worth fixing?

It won't happen — but if it does: if we don't find at least $10,000 in recoverable annual revenue during your audit, you don't pay. That's not a guarantee sitting in a footer, it's the qualifying condition for the entire engagement.

How much revenue do you typically find?

Average audit finds $200K–$2M+ in recoverable annual revenue, depending on business size and traffic volume. Every business is different — the free diagnostic call tells you where you likely fall before you commit to anything.

What industries do you work with?

Healthcare, professional services, real estate, education, entertainment, sports, and SaaS are the primary verticals — but the underlying problem (leaking revenue between the ad click and the closed sale) shows up in any business that runs ads or drives web traffic.

Do I need a website to get started?

No. IQBot can launch a standalone offer page and start capturing and qualifying leads in seconds, with no existing website required. If you do have a site, we work with it directly.

Tier 1: Business Analysis and IQBot Setup — $997

What exactly do I get for $997?

A full revenue-leak audit of your current funnel — where prospects are dropping off between seeing your ad and becoming a customer — plus your website chatbot and one IQBot trained on your business and set up for your ads and promotions. You walk away with both the diagnosis and a working fix, not just a report.

How is this different from the free 20-minute call?

The free call surfaces one revenue leak, live, at no charge, so you can see the method work before paying anything. The $997 engagement is the full audit — all the leaks, not just one — plus the IQBot build and setup.

How long does this take?

The diagnostic and setup are built for speed — most of this is turned around in days, not months, because it's built on a repeatable audit process, not a custom project from scratch.

Tier 2: Full Competitive Business Analysis — $2,997

What does "mimetic analysis" mean, and why does it matter to me?

It's a structural read on who your customers are actually comparing you to — not just your obvious competitors, but the desires and reference points shaping their buying decision. Most positioning problems aren't "our website is ugly," they're "we're being compared to the wrong thing." This tier finds that and shows you how to fix it.

Does this replace Tier 1, or build on it?

It includes the Tier 1 Business Analysis and IQBot setup — this is the full package, not an add-on you buy separately later.

What's the deliverable?

A complete competitive and positioning analysis: where you're currently being commoditized, where the open space is, and the specific repositioning moves to take

Tier 3: Implement the Fixes We Uncover — $2,497–$4,997

Why is there a price range instead of a flat fee?

Implementation scope depends on what the audit and analysis actually found — a business with three leaks needs less work than one with twelve. You'll know the number before you commit, not after.

Do I have to do the implementation myself?

No — this tier is RBS building and deploying the fixes identified in the earlier tiers, not a punch list handed back to your team.

What happens after implementation is done?

That's where Monthly Fine Tuning and Support comes in — implementation gets the fixes live, ongoing support keeps them tuned as your traffic, offers, and ad spend change.

Monthly Fine Tuning and Support — $497–$1,497/mo

Is this required, or optional?

Optional — it's for businesses that want ongoing optimization rather than a one-time fix. A lot of clients stop after Implementation; this tier is for the ones who want it actively managed month over month.

What does "fine tuning" actually mean in practice?

Retraining IQBot as your offers change, adjusting the funnel as new leaks appear, and monitoring the fixes put in place during Implementation so they don't quietly decay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — it's a month-to-month engagement, not a locked contract.

General IQBot Questions

What is IQBot, in plain terms?

A conversational AI trained on your business, your products, and your voice — live on your website, ads, emails, and QR codes, answering questions and qualifying leads 24/7 instead of losing them to a slow follow-up.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

No — RBS provides it and maintains it. You own the results; you don't own the maintenance burden.

What languages does it support?

90+ languages, out of the box. Languages are automatic and will respond in whichever language the questions is asked.

What's the difference between a "Web AI Chatbot" and an "IQBot"?

The Web AI Chatbot lives on your website answering visitor questions. An IQBot is the version deployed into a specific ad, promotion, QR code, or campaign — trained for that specific offer and conversation. Higher tiers include more of both.

How do I know my data is secure on the iQuivity platform?

Your information is encrypted both while stored and while moving across the internet, so unauthorized parties can't read it. iQuivity runs on an enterprise cloud infrastructure (AWS) with multiple layers of protection, around-the-clock monitoring, and regular security testing. Access controls ensure your team's data is only accessible by your team.

How do I train an AI chatbot?

1.    Customization. Use custom bubble and welcome messages to greet users and set the tone.

2.    Create instructions. Develop specific instructions for the chatbot to follow ensuring it adheres to guidelines and does not deviate from set protocols.

3.    Content upload. Input relevant by uploading websites, PDFs, or any text based content. This helps the chatbot understand the information it needs to relay.

4.    Utilize templates. Use premade templates that suit your industry or needs or create custom prompts to guide the chatbots responses. Human Agent Handoff. Optionally set up a system for human agents to take over interactions when necessary.

5.    Test and adjust. After initial training, test the responses in various scenarios and refine the prompts and instructions based on feedback and performance. The process is designed to be user friendly requiring no programming skills and aims to provide immediate deployment capabilities.
